CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS POLICY
- Once delivered, an item cannot be cancelled
- Items can be returned for an exchange or refund only if the product delivered was damaged, defective or not as described.
- The return/exchange period is within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Gift vouchers, sale items and tailor-made products cannot be returned for exchange/refund.
- Replacements are subject to availability of stock and if the particular product is out of stock, you will receive a full credit refund in your account.
- Please ensure that the product is returned in unused and its original condition, along with its price tag, seal and labels intact, and any free gift that came with the product.
- Please note that no cash refund will be accepted against refund/exchange of the item sold.
- Customer can cancel the order within 30mins after placing the order. Refund will be processed through NEFT within 10 working days.
